1.Open video file in MPEG Streamclip.
2.Go to Files >> Export to Avi..[You can export to any format that is provided]
3.A new window pops up. Click Adjustments at the lower-right of the box.
4.Enter some text in the watermark textbox. Click Ok and hit 'Make avi' button.
The converted video clip will contain the watermark you typed.
